1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided the order has not yet been packed or shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please Contact Us with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

  • If the cancellation request is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may, however, initiate a return after delivery (see Return Policy below).


2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product or a damaged item.

  • The product is defective on arrival.

  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the website.

Conditions for Return

  • The return request must be initiated within 1 day of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all components and accessories.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or issue for verification.

  • Certain items like customized parts, used sensors, or components damaged by improper handling or soldering are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed components

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling

  • Software, downloadable items, or documentation

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us within 1 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and proof of issue (images or videos).

  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

  5. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the return is due to a wrong or defective product sent by us.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, card, or wallet) within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases, refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

  • If the product is found to be tampered with or not in its original condition, the refund request may be rejected.


5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We can ship a replacement item after verifying the issue and receiving the returned product.

  • Replacement will be subject to product availability.

  • If the same item is out of stock, you may choose a different item of equal value or opt for a full refund.


6. Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with:

  • Please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide unboxing photos or videos as evidence.

  • We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:

  • First, check your bank or payment account again.

  • Then contact your card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
