Please note:
Returns are accepted within 1 day of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all components, manuals, and accessories.
You must provide photo or video proof of the issue for verification before approval.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been used, installed, or soldered.
Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or modification.
Custom-built or special order components.
Software, downloadable products, or documentation.
Items sold as clearance, discounted, or “as-is” unless proven defective upon delivery.
To initiate a return:
Go to the Contact Us section on electronicwala.com and submit your request.
Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photo/video proof of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed, our support team will confirm whether your return is approved.
Approved returns will receive return shipping instructions.
After the product is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement as per our policy.
Please note: Return shipping charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, wrong, or damaged item sent by us.
For a return to be accepted:
The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
All items, including accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any), must be included.
The product should not show any signs of wear, tampering, or damage caused after delivery.
Returned items that fail inspection due to missing components or misuse will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
