The 4S 5A Active Balancer by NEEY is designed for 4S lithium battery packs, including LiFePO₄ (LFP) and Li-ion (NMC/NCA) chemistries. Unlike passive balancers that dissipate excess energy as heat, this unit actively moves charge from higher-voltage cells to lower-voltage cells, enabling quicker equalization with minimal heat loss.
With a 5A balancing current, it rapidly corrects cell imbalance during charge, discharge, or standby, improving usable capacity and extending pack lifespan. The compact form factor and balance-lead connection make it suitable for 12.8V LFP packs, portable ESS, solar storage, inverters/UPS, mobility packs, and DIY battery builds.
